Mile Creek Series

Mile Creek Series includes Early Morning, Noon and Evening on Mile Creek.  Vines grow in tangles along the Mile Creek marshland. The light there has a special luminosity likened to the light painted by the French Impressionists. These landscapes capture that unique light using ripped magazine pages edged with gold paint.  Real vines, collected along the creek, emerge from a clay earthen surface.
